ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery then takes 3-7 business days, depending on where you are. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. At the moment we are offering free shipping for all orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to worldwide. For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking link is sent to the email you used at checkout. If it hasn’t arrived 3 business days after your order, check your spam folder or email us.
My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
Customs, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally slow things down. Check your tracking first, and if it hasn’t moved in several days, email us at info@umbershades.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
THE SHADES
Do the lenses protect against UV?
Yes, every pair has UV400-protective lenses.
What’s the difference between the styles?
All of our current styles share the oversized shield silhouette, and each has its own lens and frame finish: Bloom (pink iridescent), Frost (silver chrome), Violet (purple mirror), and Velocity (black frame with a fire-mirror lens). The Prism & Blackout Duo gives you two different looks in one set.
What’s in the Shield Set?
Two pairs: one white-frame pair with an iridescent green and purple lens, and one all-black pair. It’s £54.99 for both.
Will they fit me?
Shield frames are oversized by design, that sits comfortably with full coverage across the face.
How do I care for them?
Rinse off sand or dust first, then wipe the lenses with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid paper towels, which can scratch mirrored coatings. Keep them out of hot cars, since heat can warp frames and damage lens coatings.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@umbershades.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll walk you through the next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, email us with a photo and we’ll sort it out.
What if my sunglasses arrive damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace the pair or refund you.
PAYMENTS & ORDERS
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay etc.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through [Shopify Payments / PayPal], and we never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, it follows our returns process.
